OUR VILLAGE:
St. Vincent's opened Toussaint Teen Center in downtown San Diego, the county's first long-term transitional housing facility for homeless adolescents.

SD HISTORY:
Reflecting the region's escalating real estate prices, individuals at St. Vincent's gave the lack of affordable housing as the main reason for being homeless.
